About Shift Therapy & Wellness
Shift Therapy & Wellness is a fast-growing, therapist-owned outpatient clinic in Rome, GA, dedicated to personalized, high-quality care. With strong patient demand, we are expanding into a larger, state-of-the-art facility in April 2025 to better serve our community.
Our team currently includes 3 PTs and 1 OT, and we take pride in offering a movement-based, hands-on approach to care. Our diverse patient population includes orthopedic injuries, athletes, and active individuals, with an emphasis on one-on-one care to get the best outcomes for our patients.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and perform at their best. Whether you’re a new grad or an experienced PT, we want individuals who are driven, compassionate, and eager to grow with us.
Ideal Candidates:
- Are motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Value autonomy while thriving in a collaborative environment
- Have strong manual therapy skills and enjoy designing creative treatment plans

Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Georgia
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Required)
- 1+ years of outpatient experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
