Favorite Quote: “Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.”
I’m a physical therapist who mainly works with orthopedic stuff — like sports injuries, post-surgery recovery, and general aches and pains. I also help people with balance issues and those going through or recovering from cancer treatment.
I have noticed patients struggle with feeling discouraged or overwhelmed by slow progress in their recovery. Pain, limitations, and the emotional toll of not being able to move like they used to can really wear on a person. I want to fix that by creating a supportive and motivating environment where patients feel heard, encouraged, and empowered.
I love working at Shift due to its high-energy atmosphere. The people with Shift all really know their stuff. It keeps things exciting, and I feel like I’m always learning something new. Being around this team makes the workday fly by — and the patients love being here.
When I am not in the clinic, you’ll likely find me reading, working out, enjoying the outdoors, trying out local restaurants, or spending quality time with my family.
