I am a Patient Care Coordinator here at Shift Therapy and Wellness. I love every aspect of enhancing the patient experience. I am also really enjoying learning more about the backend aspects of a medical office.

Patients have to navigate insurance and surprise medical bills. I love that Shift is committed to transparency regarding the cost of care and making sure there are no surprises later. What I love about working here is the energy here is unmatched. I love the atmosphere of encouragement and self-improvement.

When I’m not working, I like to cook and learn new recipes. I love teaching my kids new things and taking them to have new experiences. There’s nothing like seeing the world through their eyes!
