Conformance target
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 (opens in a new tab), Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.
Measures we've taken
- Skip-to-content link, semantic landmarks, and a logical heading structure on every page
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, including staff photos and credential badges
- Labeled, keyboard-operable forms with clear required-field and error indication
- Visible keyboard focus indicators, a full keyboard path through navigation and booking, and no keyboard traps
- Page content and animations that respect your device's "reduce motion" setting, and that remain usable if JavaScript fails to load
- Color and contrast checked against WCAG AA minimums for text, buttons, and links
We reviewed the site against this standard on the date below and re-check it whenever we make significant changes to the site.
Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some parts of this site rely on tools we don't control and can't fully remediate ourselves:
- The Google Reviews widget on our homepage (Elfsight), the Google Maps embeds on our Contact and Locations pages, and the video interviews on our Spotlight Series pages (YouTube) are third-party tools. If you have trouble with any of them, our address, phone number, and a text-based alternative are always available directly on the page.
- The job application form on our Careers page is a third-party embedded form (GoHighLevel) that we cannot modify. If you have any trouble applying through it, please call us or email your application directly using the contact information below and we'll make sure it reaches our hiring team.
