Owner & Doctor of Physical Therapy
Lindsey is co-owner and a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Shift Therapy & Wellness. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of South Alabama in 2009, where she was inducted into the Alpha Eta honor society, after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Mississippi State University in 2006 with a degree in Kinesiology. While at Mississippi State, she served as a student athletic trainer for the football and cheerleading teams, work that shaped her hands-on approach to injury and recovery.
She is a Geriatric Certified Specialist (GCS), certified in dry needling, and a Level 1 CrossFit Coach, a combination that lets her bring both clinical precision and a strength-and-performance lens to every treatment plan.
Lindsey co-founded Shift with her husband, Deron, on the conviction that patients deserve better than the assembly-line model most clinics run on. “I kept thinking: if I were the patient, if this were my back, my shoulder, my knee, would I be okay with this care? The answer was always no.” That question became the standard the clinic is still built around.
Outside the clinic, Lindsey is mom to sons Nate and Jenson and stays active as a CrossFit athlete and coach.
